Market Enterprise Scheme

WARRINGTON MARKET

Are you in the Market for Business?

Do you dream of one day casting off the shackles of low income and running your own business? If so, that day could be sooner than you think!

Cheshire & Warrington Business Venture and Warrington Market are about to launch a second phase of the 'Market Enterprise Programme' to help make your dreams a reality.

Following the success of the first programme in 2006, which has helped many budding entrepreneurs to launch and sustain businesses at Warrington Market, the council has decided to run a similar scheme offering even more exciting opportunities to start-up businesses.

The Programme, in partnership with Cheshire and Warrington Business Venture, offers:
• Rental Subsidies
• Free Business Training
• Free Dedicated Business Mentor
• Free Business Signage
• Assistance with Business Planning
• Potential for candidates to attain an NVQ Level 3

An open day is being held in the rear hall of the Market on the 18 April between 10.30am and 3.30pm. Market bosses and traders will be on hand to answer any questions about the many benefits and rewards of joining the programme and running your own business at the market.

Even if your circumstances mean that you don’t qualify for the Enterprise Programme, there’s still plenty of other ways you could start your own venture at Warrington Market.
